All financial transactions on pub775 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following payment methods are accepted for deposits and withdrawals:

• PayMaya / Maya
• Bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank)
• Debit card

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. pub775 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the pub775 account holder.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pub775 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits due to technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Delays or failures in payment processing caused by third-party providers.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any part thereof.

pub775's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your pub775 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

pub775 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

pub775 complies with the Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines, and takes all reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
